Jun. 8th, 2012 02:54 pmSo I'm kinda off and on with ps3 games going right now. XD But we picked up a couple new ones I wanna point out.
First, Resonance of Fate. Kind of a steampunk-looking world, rpg where you battle by running around with a gun and using hero actions to jump and flip over things. Kinda easy to pick up, but still challenging to finish. x3 Haven't done much of the story yet (too busy sidequesting because I don't know if I lose them if I go to far ffffffffff-), but it looks like everyone lives inside of some kind of giant tower run by cardinals and a prelate, except the prelate is now dead. Everyone in the world has some kind of special stone for each person, and there's a "sudden death disease" going around that wiped out an entire town... maybe. XD
Second, we got Super Mario Sunshine. :D ...I don't think I need to talk about that one, though. XD It's been out forever. Just get it if you get a chance. =)
Third, Flu's been playing Disgaea 3. Which is srpg, with a laaaaaarge amount of difficulty. I made him a challenge that if he can beat it before I finish my desktop, I'll buy him that new Gravity Rush game coming out. :3 He never beats games, though... except FF 13, which took him forever.
Fourth, Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii. Which... honestly, if you don't have this and you can manage it, I think you should get it. I'm still trying to piece together the details of the story, but the world is just so. freaking. pretty. :D And expansive and you don't necessarily need to constantly follow the story if you just wanna run around and see things, but it kinda feels like an MMO in that there's both high and low level monsters running around, so you have to watch it.
